Day 3: Exploring Minimalism

Today is day 3 of my healthy lifestyle challenge, I wanted throw some light on minimalism. A while back, I stumbled upon a website called Becoming Minimalist by Joshua Becker. Joshua drastically changed his life by cutting out the clutter and focusing on what is important. I have been trying to do the same for a while now, failing miserably. This is my story.

75 Days on the Raw

Hi friends! So, this is probably going to be the quickest blog post ever. But I just had to come over here and post something. Because this morning I decided to begin 75 days of fully raw vegan eating. I was going to start next  month, but I just think that there is no time like the present. Today is day 1, I went out and bought all my produce for the next couple of days. I have to admit though, I am very apprehensive about the whole thing. Simply because in the past when I have gone fully raw for 30 days, I have found myself craving all kinds of things, food that I even would not normally eat.

Good morning, good afternoon, good evening to you, wherever you are in the world. This morning I woke up at 4 am. I scrolled through my Twitter feed and came across a random link entitled “ How to write 10,000 words a day. Something about this title intrigued me, not only because I have been actively writing between 5,000 and 10,000 words a day for the past couple of months. But also because I actually had a dream about that very topic, strangely enough. I clicked on it only to find out that the author of the piece was none other than blogging superstar Ryan Biddulph. I have actually read a couple of his eBooks. So I read the blog post with a keen eye, digesting and assimilating all the information. I soaked it up like a sponge, and I realised that it was time to kick it up a gear. I believe that there is always room for improvement ,and I have no problem admitting that.
