I have been eating a lot of cooked food and I have started to feel really sluggish, so I am boosting my energy levels by incorporating more raw fruits and vegetables into my diet for the next 30 days. I will probably continue to eat this way after the 30 days however, I am just really keen on doing a 30 day documented challenge. I might even throw some raw recipes on here so stay tuned for that!
