30 Day Transformation Challenge

30 Day Transformation: Leap into Success 



Hello friends! Yes, I have been away for a while however, I am back on the scene. I have been working on a few things. Namely, the YouTube channel, my businesses, and a number of other things.
Today I am starting a 30 day transformation challenge, I want you to join me on this one. Why did I decide to do the 30 day challenge ? Well there are a number of reasons however, the main reason is that I overhauled my life and moved to a different country. Settling into a new country is difficult, challenging and sometimes downright frustrating. I wanted to start a challenge before the year ends to give myself a new lease of life for the new year.

What Does The Challenge Involve ? 

The challenge involves the following:

-Daily positive affirmations
-Meditation
-Working out for 30 minutes a day
-Drinking 3 litres of water a day
-Writing one blog post a day
-Natural skincare routine day and night
-Eating one raw meal a day
-Reading/listening to something positive every day (blog post, podcast, audiobook, article, reading a book)

The 30 days starts now, I will be posting some of my meals, and talking about how I feel throughout the challenge.

A Little Back Story 

If this is the first time reading my blog, welcome. Here is a little rundown of my story so far. I started thinking about plant based living in 2008. In 2009, I experimented with a plant based lifestyle by doing a 30 day challenge where I at 100 % raw plant based meals for 30 days. The experience was profound, I lost over 20 lbs in weight, my anxiety disappeared, and I generally felt happier. I experienced this intense clarity of mind, it was mind blowing.  After the 30 days I eliminated red meat and chicken from my diet. I incorporated tiny amounts of fish into my meals however, most of my food was plant based.

Fast forward to 2011, I started my YouTube channel and decided to go fully plant based. I went on another 30 day challenge. This time I experienced a deeper clarity of mind, I lost more weight, I decided that I was going to live a plant based lifestyle for the forseeable future. I felt amazing, I continued on until 2014/2015. Then I started to incorporate fish again into my diet, I felt awful. I was often bloated, tired, and my anxiety returned.

Fast forward again to 2017, and I am sticking to a primarily plant based diet but I want my diet to be cleaner than it is. I want to become my greatest version, I want the rest of my life to be the best of my life.
